NYCC 2017 dinner/meetup
Hi all, is anyone thinking of organizing a NYCC dinner this year? I'm flying into NYC the first 2 weeks of October, and would be happy to help out/arrange a dinner.
Everyone please feel free to indicate your availability and preferred dining establishment (if any) in this thread!
I'm available from 2-11 Oct, and looking for a good steak

Hey, good idea. I know several of us will be at NYCC this year. It's my hometown show, so I always look forward to it. I'd be up for a SF dinner. Thursday or Friday night would be my preference. From a venue standpoint, it's tough because there are not a lot of restaurants within immediate walking vicinity of the Javits. We usually just hit this crummy pub for beers and greasy sandwiches, but I'd definitely be up for skipping that this year, lol. I'm more familiar with the east side than the west side, but if we venture into Times Square area, the options open up more.

I don't know if I could make it, but one place I've hit up in the past that's solid is Clyde Frazier's Wine and Dine - not too far from Javits, lots of space and they have a regulation basketball hoop inside if you want to play some ball.

Hi all, let's schedule dinner for Thursday (5th October) at Clyde Frazier's Wine and Dine. Let me know if you can make it!
I'll probably bring some other friends too.

actually no worries on the figure. Looks like Amazon has it for sale also, the only difference is the sticker on the box and that doesn't matter to me.
