But you don't need to speak to "Ashley" - you can deal with ANYONE in the department.

They don't cannibalize regulars for replacement parts because they're part of a limited run. In other words, if you did so you'd be carving into the run to give out replacement parts and there by reducing you're sell-able stock.
They order a percentage of replacement parts, which I've said time and again needs to be larger, and once they're gone, that's it.

After a while, I called them and someone else said Ashley would get back to me. Ultimately a few days later I got an email with tracking info for replacement head. New head came and I'm happy!
I think their CSR must be swamped.

Apparently, you can see numbers carved into the dreadlocks on the Predator Bust.

Visible seam lines (errrgh) that they all have
Picture of the teeth. Not quite sure what's going on, it isn't excess glue though.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

That Predator definitely didn't have a proper dental insurance plan

Received my heat seeker deadpool and overall happy but has a handful of small issues that are now kinda souring my experience. At $700 I expected near perfection especially when I can't typically afford these pieces. Here are the problems:
1) the 3 pouches runninh across his chest are all misaligned. They are meant to be even as proven by ed do be else's pics but the 3rd one on mine is noticeably higher as if it was glued down too early.
2) sword wasnt pushed completely down into the hilt so now there's a gap between between the blade and top of guard.
3) air bubble under the chrome wrap they used for the sword. Unfortunately the light catches it just right.
4) strange burn mark near the grenade on the sword, looks like a weld burn at least to me.
I did email sideshow but not really sure what to expect having never dealt with this issue. I want to keep it but at $700 I want it to be issue free.

Wait for it - "Each piece is hand-built so you should expect some assembly variation . . . "

I love Sideshow but your comment reminds me of The Simpsons episode where Homer was installing "speedholes" on his car's bonnet.

A great thing if you're into either DIY projects or sadism.
