Even if he did not owe her a box, it's quite obvious she purchases many statues and is a big part of the forum.

Why not just go above and beyond and send a box to her just in case she really did buy the statue !? (Not trying to say she didn't buy a statue)
I think you lose more in what you don't do as opposed to what you do in terms of customer service. I think the negative cost on the forum far outweighed the actual cost to ship her a box IMO.
I am a huge ARH supporter and always have been, I would love to purchase some of his new stuff but I just do not have the room for them.
I am the one that started the donation fund when he had the fire, and our generous forum got over 1G for Arahom. He really appreciated the kindness of everyone so I was surprised he stopped posting. Of course your going to have critiques and asshole comments from time to time. You just need to have thick skin and focus on the fans and how to get better.
