Cool SimonSays Studios Zbrush Sculpting Thread

Just creating a thread to post some of my zbrush sketches and sculpts

Start off with a few odds and ends.

You got the nose out a bit far, but overall looking great.
Yeah, I see it, I'll adjust it this weekend. I'm also seeing a difference in how I did the grid lines compared to that picture but I'm trying to go for the first two films so I'll have to make sure there wasn't a change in the lines since the make-up varies after the first two films.

I still also need to add in the hook gouges behind the ear and behind the last grid line on the back of his head...after all that's done and I adjust minor things on the face I'll start messing with the shoulders and neck.

When it comes to deformations like the move tool m8 I would suggest doing them befor you added to much detail. Getting the shape down first can be really helpful as you might find that a move or readjustment could stretch out a well laid out grid or detail.

Again though that is some fantastic work m8

I can always redo the grid I have all the revisions saved as different tools just incase of something like this. We'll see how it goes though.
