price matching at stores
i was at atrget the other day and wanted to buy a video. so i used my price scanner on my phone and found it for $10 cheaper at best buy across the street. target wouldn't price match it unless i had there junk mail advert. i found this really odd but didn't care i just went across the street.
no one else seems to care. if i can show them it is cheaper then they will sell it cheaper. seems target has an issue with this excellent customer service or maybe the people running it are just behind on the times.
i love the phone scanner though cause it has saved me plenty of time from going store to store. just having this has more then paid for the $30 data fee or however much it is.

Target and Best Buy both suck... They usually sell their new releases for $5 cheaper online and wont match the price in-store.

true. i had to go onto my phone and place an order for an item while standing right in front of the cashier. i know it isn't the cashiers fault it is company policy but we just laughed and she handed it to me after i did that and i was all paid and ready to go

I went to Wal-Mart the other day to pick up the How To Train Your Dragon DVD 2-Pack. It was $17 on their site so you would think it would be $17 at the store, nope. $25 at the store so I went home and ordered it for $17 using site-to-store and went back and picked it up.
