I am of the same mind. And if you don't get it from BBTS(4 dollar shipping), shipping is going to make the price spike even more.

Yea, it's high which lets face it, almost all Weta stuff is, but that blanket statement about price for a 1/4 is kind of pointless without context. The Queen piece is just Wonder Woman on some marble. This piece you get 2 raptors plus Laura. For some context, Prime 1 1/4 Raptors are $800 EACH.

Also don't forget Weta dollars to use later, between $75-$225 depending on your previous purchases with them.

I kinda expected/feared that price range... You get 3 figures in one. With the previous one you got the jaguar as a second, but he's smaller then a raptor.

The face likeness seems better then the previous one (which honestly was off - the only downside to that one).

I'm not sure about the 1 foot support... esp. since the weight of her body is totally balanced to one side.

EDIT: just preordered. I just can't let this one go. Let's just prey Weta won't do any TR statues anymore in the future...
