That is a tough question! Don’t know if I could pick only one.

Mangog, Hela, Ultron, Sauron, Red Skull and Mole Man are great villain busts.

Machine Man, Polaris, Diamon Hellstrom, Cable, Ka-Zar, Firelord, and of course Groot and the GOTG Team set are fantastic hero busts.

I could change my mind the more I think about it, but if I had to pick one right now it would be the Painted Ultron (not the Chrome) - it nails the character and looks like a menacing, evil robot!

I probably have about 25+ that are all number 345 I think. There was an online seller that had an arrangement to get particular numbers early on and I got a bunch of matching numbers from him back in the day.
