Moreover in UK living space is expensive... (modest 3 bed property can easily cost £300,000-£400,000)

So seriously consider space as a major factor, im sure this will open up a new untapped market of new collectors

Not to mention...there's more potential with this line to comerically produce the less well known characters (new challengers)
