Yeah should only run him $150+ to fix it... that's reasonable for a hobby where statues cost $500+ (/sarcasm)

Hopefully SS will replace it. But from what I've seen it's a 50/50 shot if they do. They tend to ignore you once your pass the 30 day mark. There are a couple cool people that work at SS so if your lucky you'll get one of them to help you out.

Yeah I'm not that optimistic. It's been well past 30 days but I didn't pay over $500 for something that's gonna last for under 2 years.

Agree with you, but sh*t happens, and if SS doesn't replace it then $150 to fix it and enjoy the statue again is better than the alternative, no?

See if you can get Daniel to help you, he's been very helpful when I've needed replacements.

Depends on what's causing it, if it's a batch of bad polystone then what's to keep other areas of the statue from cracking down the road also, if it's an structural issue fixing it with some putty and paint is not going to fix it for long.

The legs are being suspended in air, so if they didn't use the right mix of resin the weight of the legs could cause it to crack.

It's all speculation right now, it could be his is the only one that will do it, or we might start seeing other people posting similar pictures of their spidey's down the road... tough to know based on one incident.

The cracking issue could be isolated but first I've heard of this. Most important is how Sideshow customer service handles this although sounds like a courtesy as apposed to warranty claim.

Spztoyz custom head

Anyone have the Brazilian Power Statue custom heads for their premium format spiderman? Curious about quality, fit, and dealings with Spztoyz.

Nope, not I.

I'm perfectly fine with the original portraits that came with my EX.
