It never went up for PO with a 2nd head.

KOTAL KAHN REVIEW - BLOOD GOD VERSION

GOOD
* Excellent body sculpt and portrait
* Good clean paint application
* Great cracking effect on skin
* Good execution of head dress and removable numbered pieces
* Good switch outs (both hands and knife with/without handle)
* Probably the most complex sculpt and paint job so far on a PCS 1/4 piece

BAD
* Choice of colors and shading dulls the piece a little
* Knife hand very loose, should have included magnet with peg
* Knife is not metal
* Angle of headdress slightly lower than prototype

The statue has great presence and with the outstretched hand he is 27 inches tall which is gigantic for a 1/4 piece. I wasn't entirely sure about the pose but I'm sold on it in person and he looks great from all angles. Portrait is ferocious and teeth are suitably gnarly.

Alternative head or even a blood covered one would have been neat. The headdress provides a natural break but switching out the feathers would have been a pain so understandable why it was dropped.

Not sure why the headdress angle was adjusted but the feathers are no longer visible when looking at Kotal head on. Not a major issue, but I liked the prototype angle a little better. Loose hand is annoying but will raise with CS. Detachable pieces that point downwards should always include both a peg and a magnet, otherwise gravity will take them sooner or later.

The paint application is great overall but there is some unnecessary shading in places which dulls the turquoise of the skin. Without this and a shinier gold/deeper red the piece would have popped a lot more. Heart could have also been glossier given that it was freshly ripped out of some poor sap.

So a few minor issues, but nothing that takes away from my overall favorable opinion. A very solid entry in the MK line and now my second favorite MK release after Kintaro. Looking forward to Shao Kahn, my most anticipated of all the MK pieces.

OVERALL SCORE: 8/10

Has anyone else had trouble putting the feathers into the head?

When this came up when was the expected time of delivery? I'm trying to get my NRD back and I ordered this back May 8, 2015.

Pcs is telling me that the expected delivery date is now and there still within there 90 day limit.

Pcs is changing all there expected delivery dates to benefit them like a bunch of crooks.

Basically they put in the policy that if it's 90 days after the expected delivery date you can get a refund , this was only just added as they put up the new website with all the new dates.

They didn't have that refund policy before. I do think any statue that's well over 2 years since PO like Kotal, you should automatically get your NRD back if you want to cancel.

Some of the feathers go in straight, others at an upward angle. So don't push too hard if one doesn't go in, just change the angle and try again. And make sure the feather number matches the number on the hole.
