I have spoken to the law firm representing CC twice now, they are trying to find the best solution for CC, they have told me to please feel free to call as often as I needed for updates, but at the moment nothing is final. I told them I'm out 1700 and really needed to know if this will be replaced, can't provide any details of when or if it will ever happen, one thing for sure is that its going to take a long time, the only thing i'm thankful for is at least having received the male and female T-Rex busts, sadly i may never recoup the 1700 !!

He's generalizing, and me and other collectors have had great experience with Paul. Not saying he's perfect, but he has helped some of us in some way.

Sounds about right. Law firm represents CC and they will look for best solution for their client CC (not CC clients). Chapter 7, Chapter 11 Bankruptcy will be hard for CC clients to resolve or get compensation usually the case.

Man, saying this whole situation sucks would be an understatement. What’s the chance of the products in the pipeline actually coming to us customers? Looking like 0% at this point.

I had a payment plan on an in stock item and even that got cancelled. Fortunately I got my money back.
