That's a Pretty big stretch saying this is the greatest Batmobile in all of Bat-lore. I disagree with that one...but thats the beauty of this forum

yes, that's exactly what I'm saying, with BTAS coming in second

What would you say is the best Batmobile then?

Have you ever imagined a world with no hypothetical situations?

I would agree that this is the best Batmobile. Not the most practical. It needed the hook shot to make that tight turn. But there are so many cool scenes and beautiful shots of the car in the movie. It's very iconic. Something that the Nolan films haven't captured with their Batmobile yet. To this day, I still listen to the "descent into mystery" track when racing home in the middle of the night.

I still think that Batman 89 is the best Batman movie overall. Just for the feel of the movie and the impact it had at the time.

This is easy to figure out...fans over 40 will always say the '66 is the best and fans under 40 always prefer the '89.

Honestly, I like most of the Batman shows. I actually watch the old TV show every night. I don't like Forever and Batman & Robin. I thought Forever was ok at release time but I felt that they were for some insane reason going back to the humor of the TV show. Robin had the holy line, the final shot, etc. Plus they wanted the humor with the darker look of the movies which is just crazy. Anyway, Adam West is the only person who can pull off the humorous Batman. Kind of like Roger Moore and his lighter Bond.

Depends. My favorite Batmobile toy is the 1940's version by Corgi, followed by the Burton. But if you ask me "hey pick one Batmobile to ride in" it would be the 1966 Barris.

As much as I love the design of the Burton, and it is legendary bad assery, it was always so bloody slow lol.

Guess I dont have a favorite when you boil it down - but the burton is in my top three
