It's roughly 1:6 scale based on it being 19 inches tall and a different 1:4 version being around 42 inches tall.
I haven't seen a production piece - but the proto looks decent and it's made in conjunction with Legacy Effects (former Stan Winston Studios).
However they completely botched the tail on this as it has double the amount of sections it should have and looks awful.
They cited in a video or somewhere a lack of reference details for some areas like the tail despite there being on set pictures of the complete tail and a full 1:4 screen maquette to reference.
Personally I'd try to track down the matrix studio alien queen piece but it's pricey and may not suit your budget or scale needs next to that t rex.
