Yeah I don't think anyone has typed the description, so that's probably why, but in one of the FB videos you could see it being put on the statue.

HMO have yet to release a Felicia video on the official HMO YouTube channel.
I know HMO are slow, but i wonder what other characters HMO have planned?

I was quite shocked today, as there was a knock on the door.. my Felicia had arrived
I opted for the lower cost ocean shipping with an eta of 6 or more weeks. It took less than 3 weeks, and no hold up in customs?
Speaking of which, i do not appear to have been hit with an import charge? ..although i expect a bill to arrive at some point in the future.

The box, which cotains 2 layers is on the large side, and it weighs a ton. Most of the weight is in the pillow's design base.

Other than a small mark on Felicia's lower leg and one of the cats featuring a green/grey smudge that covers the white paint around it's right eye, all appears to be well.

The statue ships with a large piece of card filled with pictures explaining how to put the statue together. Which is really helpful.
I would advise attaching the tail before attaching a portrait, as i found it impossible attaching the tail with the portrait in place.

While the white faux white paint applied to the cats is an original idea, i am not sure how cleaning it would work?
It makes sense not to allow dust to settle on the cats.

I will take some photo's later..

I am super happy with how the piece turned out

They claimed the flocked cats were dust resistant. I would assume you could still use a soft makeup brush or hand held air fan to remove dust.

The flocked finish feels fragile. Unless displayed under a glass cover, dust will land on the cats.
I would assume when removing the dust, the flock finish might look dirty over time.
It will be interesting to see Felicia 10 years down the line.

When it comes to animals on statues, they rarely work out well. The cats on the Felicia piece work rather well.
It is shame the cats eye's are not the same quality as Felicia's. I guess that would have involved extra work.

Did anyone else order from Big Bad Toy Store? I'm still waiting to get a notice she's come in.

I did. I'm not expecting her anytime soon, based on usual experiences with BBTS getting stock.
