It takes six game hours for stevie to reply for the next car theft, the easiest way i found was to go to a safehouse and save your game.
Even if you don't save your game when Niko gets off the bed the game clock has advanced six hours.
The order that you recieve the vehicle texts requests is random, but each vehicle is always found in the same location.
Six in Alderney, ten in Algonquin, two in Bohan and twelve in Duke's Broker.
You also get more money for each vehicle depending on the condition that you deliver it in, a smashed up car or bike isn't worth no-where near as much $$ as a mint one.
