You started to sway me, but then I thought of the inevitable PCS 1:3 Chun Li, and I'm back to not getting this.
I'll definitely get an eventual PCS 1:4 Chun Li revisit, and perhaps the 1:3. That will be enough for me, I think...
You're right though about the femininity of this. Hopefully PCS can nail that aspect.
EDIT: I'm bringing PCS in to this too much. I'll stop.

It looks Really nice!
I wish there were more in hand pics and video of this. Doesn't seem like many bought it. The Flex payments on the site are reasonable enough to consider this since it's available now and the PCS Chun Li won't be in hand for like 2 years lol
