No idea which I would get. Prefer the blue but already have a 1/4 blue, so some variety might be nice.
Do people have a preference for blue or black?

This may sound frivolous but for me it will totally depend on how he looks with Supes and WW 2.0, since that's how he'll be displayed. It'll also be displayed in a dark PAX unit (with LED's, but still), and I already have the DC Designer Kubert Bats statue (black), so I'm secretly hoping blue looks best.

Dang. I’m really disappointed it won’t be offered in 1/4 scale.

David Igo did state on Tweeterhead's Facebook page that it is up to Sideshow if they can do a 1/4th scale of the DC Character or not
What David said on Facebook in response to a poster asking about the 1/4th scale Batman is below (I deleted the poster's name)
"David Igo
I thought you understood that we only have the DC 1/6 scale license, and anytime we can produce a 1/4 scale version of any of our pieces for DC, it's because it doesnt conflict with Sideshow and we get their approval. It all has to work and make sense, it's not just our vote. Im sorry we cant just do whatever we want when we want, that's not how it works."

with the Super Powers Batman I got the Blue and Gray because it was how Batman looked when started collecting comics. I do admit that I did go back and forth in deciding between the blue version and the black version but the blue won out.
I am not getting this Batman statue (the 2.0 version) but I am glad that they are offering two versions.

Black and gray all day for me. I just hope the order to arrival time doesn’t mirror the initial tease to reveal time.

Blue, grey with yellow oval symbol for me.
I hope they decided against making the base taller, like was mentioned at last year's sdcc too. That is unnecessary, in my opinion.

After just getting the Joker on throne, I would have to agree about smaller bases. Don?t get me wrong, I thoroughly adore the Joker base, it?s the primary reason I was drawn to that particular statue of the Joker. We?ve got plenty to choose from these days. I?m just not getting that same attraction to this Batman?s base. Rooftop gargoyle is 100% Batman but it?s not doing the kind of storytelling Joker?s is. The simplicity of Two-Face?s also worked for me. It isn?t trying to be too much just for the sake of it. So I?m hoping we don?t end up with an even bigger gargoyle unless there is more storytelling involved with it.

Only if they match it to the appropriate belt, otherwise, don't bother.

I think it absolutely means either A) one is in development OR B) they still have to produce more batches of the previous one.

I?m surprised they didn?t produce any black and grey variants of the last comic version
