Yeah the seller should of noted the rub marks in the description of the statue... Considering how expensive these statues are I wouldn't accept it, now if he's willing to refund some of the money I might keep it but it depends on what the seller is willing to refund.

I put in for a refund through eBay guaranteed money back thing I think had I gotten it at a good price I would just deal with it but I paid a premium price for it now if the seller is okay with refunding me with what I comfortable with keeping it for I’d keep it but I doubt they will I just hope I don’t have to pay to ship it back as it cost me already 258.00 to ship to me

Like I said it's the sellers fault for not being honest about the damage of the statue (given it's minor but it's still damage and at the prices CM statues go for you can't ignore it), he or she was probably hoping that you would never notice it.

So I wouldn't feel bad at all on asking for a refund.

He is very co-operative and ask if I’d like a partial for repair I just want to feel better about my purchase... told him just to ship it would be the original price of shipping x2 (there and back)plus repair anyway so I imagine to start there Shipping in this was like 258.00one way
