Will you guys put some felt pads in the helmet,so it won't scratch the paint when you install/remove.

We looked into this but it just will not work without scratching the paint. The helmet will be glued on and not removable.

That is quite strange, as you guys spend a lot of time sculpting a beautiful face to...hide it.

I understand you're seeking perfection, nevertheless it's a pity.

Agreed but if we wanted the helmet to look real and not oversized. It would have to be so big that it would not touch any of the ears or hair and then it wouldn't look right. If someone wanted a helmet that was removable, you could buy him as an unpainted kit and attempt to do that.

I will be doing all the casting and painting on the Leo busts as well so if someone wants to hire me to do a custom build with a removable helmet that could possibly be arranged.

Why not just have swap-out heads?

Like the scale for busts. I'm going to try not to start down this road myself due to space concerns but it looks freaking awesome!

That would be something we would do for a smaller statue possibly but for a statue this size it would add to much to the cost. ARH has a few statues with helmets that do not have removable helmets or multiple heads.
