Even with the NRD, there's always a chance. Perhaps less so since the implementation of the NRD, but still... Folks often run into some sort of financial situation they have no control over and collectibles are among the first things to be cut, even if they have to eat the NRD. Keep your hopes up and stay positive. That's the only way to make it happen.
