So far so good. Engineering on this one and Robocop takes a long time.
Probably have first samples in March

Yes, cancellations. It was mentioned in the newsletter that some items will be available today due to cancellations.

Due to some cancellations and some collectors simply not keeping up with their payment plans, we will be offering a VERY LIMITED number of 'Sold Out' items to you TODAY. These will include Lord of Darkness, Gouken Strong Fist, Ryu Ansatsuken, Dhalsim Yoga Flame and others.
To get in on this awesome news check our website today (this is today Sunday January 11) as we will be putting up items throughout the day. Keep in mind the quantities are very small, ranging from 3 pieces to 10 pieces. So they will go fast - first come first served. Also these will only have the 'pay in full' option. No payment plans.
