oh i get it trust me, i can hit one frame links offline but not online steady. But this is the nature of the beast now.

If there was still arcades here to play i would be at them all the time, but they are all gone. Also looked into if there was get togethers in the local area for fight nights but no one has them. Only places i know are way up north of me, and they crap set ups and their tornies are rigged so the main guys always win.

So im just happy i can play Street Fighter again even if its online.

From 2001-2009 i had no SF to play against people, arcades were gone and no online.

looks like Rose can juggle spirals now, where as before they never connected. So that can open up some nice combos.

OK. So I understand some of the data but not all of the implications.

Can someone explain what change is making Yun so good in all the experts eyes?

Is it that ex rush punch is now +1 on block?

ya i don't get that +1 on block. That means if we block it, he's at a adv which doesn't sound correct.

Will have to look more into that, otherwise sounds like AE Yun all over again

Genuinely want to know.

Also, people keep talking about other changes not listed.

Well what it means is he's at a adv if the move is blocked which should not be. Like if i do Rose ex spiral and someone blocks it im at a disadvantage.

So +1 frame means he's got a chance to block or tech anything that comes out.

But need to test in game to see what can and can't be done.

Ya tons of Hit box and hurt box changes that are not told about, so while fighting will see stuff that normally got stuff not or trade.

Thanks for the info. I do actually understand the data / frame advantage.

It was more the interpretation/implication I was interested in. Meaning is it this one change that completely changes this character to top tier?

Or is there something else I am missing?

well i think in AE he was like +2 or +3 on block so he's closer to that now. This is what i been reading on the forums.

like some EX moves if spaced correctly on block your safe, but his i think people are saying a deep block he's still safe which is not good for the opponent.
