Ordered in Sept, and still nada. Custom statues have a quicker turn around than these guys.

Oh wow - that is a long wait. The only downside is if you want to add a few more cubes later on, you'll have to wait another 6-12 months.
They are still very worth it, but the initial wait hurts.

Well they bought a bunch of new machines recently, hope that helps speed things up a bit. Almost a year seems really long though

Yeah, I believe the holdup has been them buying new equipment and moving into a new facility. Plus the Rona virus I'm sure hasn't helped.

I can't really forgive them because of Rona. I've gotten multiple custom statues made from the ground up since last Sept in less time compared to a display case I have to put together.
If they took on too many orders then they can handle, they need to limit orders. It's a ridiculous wait imo. I won't buy from them again unless they can show much faster turnaround.

For what it's worth, I've reached out twice over the last couple weeks and never heard back, so yeah I'm not chomping at the bit to send them $5k to just... disappear.

Just order through spec fiction. Todd is a great guy to deal with and I have zero concerns about my money with him. As for wait time, yeah, it's long. Not sure why you'd have a max acceptable timeline for statue cabinets, but that's just me. Oh, and I've waited 3+ years for some custom statues, so 9 months is no biggie for me
