You are telling me Sideshow has a way to put someone’s Statueforum handle onto their customer profile in their order system so they can possibly deny someone something? Let alone the real first and last name of who belongs to someone’s Statueforum ID?

People post pics of QC issues the same pics they show SS, the date they ordered, what else they have on pre-order, their location, What CS told them.
I don't know what Sideshow do or don't do but what Shanesg said is certainly not as outlandish as you guys might think.

Here’s my two cents. I got a faulty statue . It sucks it happens I filed a report sideshow responds . They want photographs of destroyed piece and then they decide if it’s cool or not to proceed with sending a replacement.
I did all that they wanted and they agreed that I smashed my statue up into enough pieces and provided enough photos they issued replacement. Case closed! If buyers kept small parts or whatever then cest la vie .
As a company you can’t come back punish someone for a decision they made to approve a replacement . My two cents and taking someone’s info off this site to use against them outside of here is a huge NO NO!!! Seriously
