not defending them, as my first response was to wonder if this was going to push back Thulsa Doom even farther, but sounds like it might have been a genuine scheduling conflict.

Yeah, apparently they will be attending a toy fair in TX the same weekend. But why throw out the "unforeseen circumstances", I would imagine these events were planned out in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts. Oh well, let's just hope for the best...

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

I started this thread to get clarification from CC and at the time I accepted their explanation. Now they have me very worried because it’s 2 years since paying for Jareth in full thru PayPal and I just don’t think I have any recourse.

I was thinking of this thread yesterday after I saw the other thread that was started. It sure looks like there is a fire behind all of this smoke after all. At the time I thought it was just a disgruntled former employee (maybe even Paul Francis himself) trying to get back at them, but there is plenty of evidence at this point. Never let it be forgotten that CC, a professional collectible company, put their 1/12 line up on Kickstarter (!!!) earlier this year.
It doesn't give me any pleasure to dunk on them like this. I will always be thankful that CC made it possible to own some of the Stan Winston maquettes, but sadly it looks like it is over.
