BBTS has updated images of the Mtime Major. It's still not screen accurate with pauldrons and breast pieces. Everything should be flush to the body. They have shimmering paint effect that the Weta lacks, but the Weta statue is pretty accurate representation of the pratical suit they created.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

I passed on her--partly for reasons other than the statue itself as well--but I was nearly swayed by how it looked on video. With the light-up especially, the suit texture goes from looking paneled to resembling the translucent quality of the film version without adding unnecessary black outlining (like SS's Iron Man maquettes) to get the sectional effect.
My only hang-up would be the chunkiness of the hair compared to the soft rendering of the skin (which almost never captures well in photos.) A lot of people dislike the rooted hair on Prime 1's 1:2 Wonder Woman, but at a certain point, the thickness of sculpted hair takes away from the realism elsewhere and a decision has to be made.
There's no arguing against how awesome the loose circuitry and battle damage look on the geisha base though. I'm curious to see how this piece stand the test of time with all the innovative stuff it attempted.
