They need to be blown up on social media about this. That’s the only way the problem will be prioritized and expedited. Every time they post a new YouTube video or Instagram Images, flood the comments with inquiries about the site not working right.

My order cancelled Sun 3rd and refunded into bank on the 12th, if that helps.

I worked for several hosted providers. If our site went down we would have a status page and inform our customers of any updates.

Also, if we went down, it was probably several hours. Rarely over a day.

I don't get why Sideshow won't at least provide some sort of update. Its either very incompetent or something major happened.

Not ordering anything until I get some sort of answer but I am concerned about my payment information being stored

Well, I just changed Lion-O to single payment. Fingers crossed it will go through and process without an issue.

Also, I would voice our frustrations about the site on every SSC Twitter and Facebook post.
