just received a response from Sideshow about the refund policy.
Sideshow will from now on take responsibility for refunds on current PCS orders.

Shipped or cancelled orders are excluded!

That means, if you cancel a PSC article from now on, Sideshow will be responsible. PCS needs to handle the refunding of older cancellations.

If you want to earn points and be sure to have Sideshow's customer service I'd say yes.

I have enough points to buy a Hot Toys figure but keep forgetting about them.

However, since I still have some store credit with PCS, the best use of that would be towards a pay in full PO.

Yes, I decided to go full refund and I hope they don’t pull the NRD trick because that statue is clearly defective. After a second head replacement the issue seemed to have gotten allot worse as far as the light up function. Such a shame though, because I loved walking in my collection room and seeing that red glow in the dark corner of that room.

Just in case you didn't know the PCS credit will become Sideshow credit.

Sorry to hear it. I have my own Evil Ryu issue, hope they don't send me one of those heads.

I think it's the statue that is having the problem. Another board member had his whole button pushed into the base so I assume poor construction when it comes to power connectivity. The issue seems to occur after a few days of the thing being turned off and on.

Also, good luck to others with this new PCS/Sideshow announcement. I have never had a problem with Sideshow customer service so this is definitely good news for collectors in the future.
