new ebay policy?
Apologies if this has been discussed somewhere else, I don't see a thread about it yet.
I read that ebay will be instituting a policy soon, where if a person uses "buy it now" the item stays up for sale until the buyer actually pays for the item.

You will see this when the Seller requires instant payment. I started doing this on most of my auctions, too many deadbeat Buyers.

Well, if you are going to BIN why wouldn't you pay right away? I guess it doesn't make sense to me not to.

Exactly it really helps. To much of this going on WIN a item and then make up excuse after excuse as to way payment is delayed.

I think it's a good idea. Real buyers will have no issues with this as long as they have a reasonable grace period for payment. Like first BIN buyer gets a day lead and if it's still unclaimed then it's anybody's game.
