I haven't read a book since the Whedon/Cassaday Astonishing X-Men run*, so there were a few I didn't recognize that I'm assuming are newer, specifically the pixie and the transparent one.

*I've been meaning to go back and read the House of X collection, I just haven't had time.

There were so many:

Pixie (you guessed her name)
Glob (see thru one)

Was the black woman Tempo? Without the suit I couldn?t recall.

Dazzler was a nice add.

That whole episode was so good. I got choked up not at the end - but at the Magneto part.

And these opening scenes are going to be sparce! But I loved all the mini clips of Storm with Morlocks.

Well episode 5 escalated quickly. I think the X-Cutioner may have been right. The mutants are always whining. "I have cool powers and look like a supermodel, whoa is me."
Therefore, I will now only cheer for Mr. Sinister and the Sentinels.

I was getting really salty about Storm getting half episodes. Then it all paid off If they change that outfit back, I’m gonna scream.

Also?.where are my Gladiator fans at? I thought of you straight away.

The opening credits were sparse today. I enjoy how they change em up.

...but I can't watch weekly shows any more (except maybe HotD). I wait to binge.

every episode has been amazing so far, its been years since I've enjoyed a show this much

I was wondering if they would include the Shi'ar and im glad to see that they did, Gladiator was bad-ass as per usual

Did anyone else think that demon spirit thing going after storm was Shadow King? that was my first thought but doesn't look to be the case

only confusing thing for me is at the end of the original series, the X-men knew that Professor X was leaving to be with the Shi'ar so they could save his life, but at the beginning of this new show they all think hes dead? maybe they assumed the Shi'ar couldn't save him or something, but they mention he was killed? I dont know whats going on there

Show continues to deliver. It doesn't shy away from the comics at all and gives great character moments. Storm, Xavier, and Gladiator all had moments to shine.
