Black Canary - no hair gap, broken leg or alien fingers
Deathstroke
Killer Croc - scarier looking portrait
Lobo - no blue skin, pretty much update the first one
Darkseid
Aquaman Comic
Green Lantern (Hal and John) - no constructs that take away from the character and just better detail and pose
Supergirl - prettier portrait
Cyclops - no crying, look more like a leader
Emma Frost - needs the right attitude
Mystique - better portrait and costume
Captain America - non strutting pose

Deathstroke for sure. A new Joker would be cool to go with all the great new Bat villians. Never liked the one on pogo-stick and OG is still great but showing its age a bit.

I just bought the Mark III since it's basically the Adi Granov suit from the comics. It fits with the others very well.
