I wasn't impressed by the original reveal..
This latest reveal fails to impress..
On the face of it, the face appears to lack any form of happy, playful cat-likeness associated with the character.
For the moment i will reserve my judgement. If Capcom have approved it, it might look ok.

I wanted to see an open mouth with fangs on show with eye's that look happy half-moon style and big big paws!

I normally HATE portraits with tongues sticking out. But will reserve judgement until full reveal.

The teaser didn't have her tongue sticking out, do HMO usually have switch-out heads ?

Maybe her canines/fangs? Doesn't really look like a tongue. I guess the portrait lends itself to a switch-out but might be a lot extra $$ due to the massive amount of hair. The eyes are AMAZING!!

Not a great take on Felicia. Atleast she has a fang on show

Yeah that close up definitely creeped me out sufficiently to just wait for the reveal patiently and stop analyzing the pic.
