Cross country skiing is great if you live in a small country.

. . . ironically - both are eagerly suggested/applied by Sideshow at times

So from these replies I feel like I should prepare for an uphill battle. I mean nothing is technically "broken" but again for $700 I don't feel I should have so many issues. Others may not ever notice them or be bothered by it but now it's all I see, which sucks cause it is an amazing statue.

Joking aside - it depends how bad the issues are and which rep you get.

Some will shine you on (I.E you'll get nothing but a wall), others may offer a pittance - $20-40 credit or refund (more likely credit), others may offer a replacement.

Be careful with the "replacement" option - you would be asked to ship back OR destroy the original prior to getting the replacement - and then you're screwed if it turns up in worse condition than the one you currently have.

Let us know how it turns out - and good luck!

So they sent me a email 3 days later to let me know they got my request and that it'll take 3-5 days to get a response...yay. I did tell them that unless I can get a full replacement i'll just return it for a refund, we shall see.

Just got an email after two weeks that they have a full replacement for me. I'm excited (assuming new one has no significant problems) cause this is my personal deadpool grail.

Haven't you heard? Some weaknesses are actually strengths in disguise.

Yeah - look how the weakness of the plastic Wolf Predator LSB strengthened the turnover at the Sideshow returns department
