It's already available for preorder on BBTS again... and it will be probably a few times. And it'll come back up for PO on BBTS a few times more no doubt... The no NRD gets a lot of cancellations.
edit: though I may be misunderstanding and you want a Itachi not a Raoh? In that case just keep watching, it's a bit late now but it may well go back up for PO on BBTS.

Question for you guys familiar with Tsume (deadghostknight, sharkey), how is Tsume at hitting their release dates? Raoh says 2nd Q 2015, think they'll deliver on time? I know delays are common in this sort of thing. Not new to statues, just to Tsume.

They are pretty darn good. Their US releases for the last couple statues were going through someone and they have since left that company to work with a different one, so those delays will not happen again (hopefully).
They keep up their quality though so if there turns out to be an issue in production they scrap it and go back to fix it (as is the case with Itachi which had breaking issues and had to be altered and remade).
