Just got the GG C-3PO and I have to say it is very good and doesn't look like plastic at all. In fact the gold plating makes it looking like real metal. Plus it has all the tiny sharp parts the Attakus version is missing.

I agree. I just bought one for a friend (for her birthday) and she agrees as well. She has the attakus version as well, and it is indeed a nice piece, and big, but we both agree that the GG version definitely looks more true to the film. She plans to keep both, but the GG 3-po has taken the attakus 3-po's display spot.
Also, she wants to get a GG Luke X-wing pilot minibust since the the statue she has of him now (attakus X-wing Luke) doesn't look anything like him.

I have had all the Attakus stautes at one time but I have never really liked them. I don't know exactly what I don't like about them but I just don't. Gg has put out some really good items and I prefer them over Attakus.

Overall, I prefer GG as well. I do not care for the attakus human sculpts at all. They look like knock-offs. I love their Vader, Maul, Jango, Red Guard, Clonetrooper, and non-human statues though, and it shows what great work they can do. Their upcoming Grievous is going to be awesome as well. Their human sculpts, though, leave something to be desired; and, if it weren't for those, I'd still be collecting attakus. I just like a little more consistency in a line that I collect.

GG is cheaper and have a better quality , so it's a no brainer.

The GG C-3PO is clearly more accurate. I like it much better. I won't be buying it though because I'm only collecting statues of Sith Lords.
