Excellent detail and paintwork, down to the labels on the cat food tins and the MNU stencil on his head.

It's a gloomy wet day here today, so decent non-flash pics will have to wait.

VERY happy I got this, will go nicely with the exosuit (scale issues aside).
Congrats mate. Got mine today too. Haven't had time to open it yet, but really excited about it Will post pics later today if possible.

Unpacked and loving it. Little small, but loads of detail

Awesome pics Nidgit!
Managed to take a few of my own. This is an unbelievable recreation of a film character.

Thanks mate, you to. It is a fantastic piece . . . Bodes well for our pending Exo Suits. Still have the 1:1 Assault Rifle to unpack yet too. Really have to hand to Weta on these D-9 pieces. They are brilliant

Missed out on this unique piece when it went up for sale in 2011 and it's been one of my holy grails ever since.

I am now so happy to finally have this in my collection and even more relieved that it arrived in one piece, without any damages due to customs.

I had also uploaded my District 9 statue image on Instagram two weeks ago. And now I am little ecstatic knowing that director Neill Blomkamp also "liked" the image yesterday .
