For me, the top-3 would be: Nova (Richard Rider version), Adam Warlock and Quasar (Wendell 'Elvis' Vaughn version).
Can you tell I like the Marvel cosmic universe?
To that end, I would take pretty much anyone from that side, Beta Ray Bill, Firelord, Ronan, Terrax, Annihilus and, of course, another Silver Surfer since I missed the original statue.
