I'm pretty sure the tattoos are one of the signature elements of this series - Catwoman, Harley, and WW all have them... that, and bikes - except Supergirl just has an engine

Added this pic to the OP for scale. The statues are large because of the motorcycles, but the characters themselves are between 1/7 and 1/8.
