I take the liberty of writing on your forum about "legion Studios". I pre-ordered the cuphead statue in April. Since I have not received any information, nothing is moving on social networks, the only source of information I have found is your forum. I am worried because I have prepaid $ 165 which I fear I will never see again. If I understand correctly this company no longer exists. How to get refund or at least compensation (they do not answer my emails).

It all depends on how long ago you ordered it and how you paid.

Then if I were you I'd go through your credit card company and hope they can get a claim sorted for you, good luck and welcome to the forum

as far as we can tell...yes they've gone, checkout their FB page to see other comments from buyers.

Pretty certain ill never see the 800 bucks i dished out for the vara statue but im not giving up on it yet. If anyone has any info on this David/Dave Casi/Cassi guy hit me up. Ill pursue it in the courts if i can track this company down although I will say digging into it now it looks like this entire thing was possibly a scam from the start and these dudes are complete frauds. The registered company Legion Studios LLC appears to belong to someone unrelated and these guys are ghost. Pretty good scam actually. Get someone with a reputation to design your statue, make a cool quarter of a mil off vara orders alone possibly, who knows how much off the cuphead stuff then split. Unfortunate that several people seemed to vouch for this group of clowns even on this thread. Definitely wont risk my money on a startup ever again.
