Yeah its an allocation issue not a QC issue

Places like BBTS order through Diamond who orders through us.

Problem is Diamond A- tends to place their orders so late that things get sold out by the time they send it to us and B- if we ship more than a couple months late Diamond will cancel the order.

So ordering through a retailer that gets pieces through Diamond is very hit or miss. You never really know if you are going to get it or not.

Thats why we tell everyone in North America to order through us directly.

Yep, that's the email I've been using.

Statue was returned/delivered to PCS office on 11/7. Sent a message back to Carolyn on 11/13 asking status of refund. Wolfgang replied on 11/17 apologizing and saying refund had been processed. However, refund was only for my final payment + shipping ($256). Sent a message on 11/18 and 11/21 asking about the refund on the $100 deposit and haven't heard back. All messages sent to customerservice@pcstoy.com.

Bummer that people who thought they were getting this at retail missed out. Thanks for the info regarding bbts, Jerry. I don't really buy statues through them but I have had a couple preorders cancelled bc Diamond couldn't follow through.
