Guys, which paypal email address should we be using to send payments. I noticed in the newsletter that a new paypal address for PCS is shown which is paypal@pcstoy.com Before I was told to use pcstoys@aol.com Can someone please confirm which one to use?

Hi,

I've got a big problem

I ordered Beastman Ex figure on Thu 15 May 2014.
Order #: 272110869

So today, I don't received final shipping quote for it.

I contacted support service.
JESS replied:

"I cannot locate any orders under that email address. Please check to verify what email address you might have used."

------

But it's my good email address ( I keep original mail PCS receipt )!
And I ordered other statues - Trapjaw statue Order #: 288077413 and Man at Arms Order #: 409898823.

Where're my order please ??

I have not had a response from customer service

Dont worry if you have a Paypal receipt we have your order.

Just email customerservice@pcstoy.com and it will be corrected. It can take a couple days.

I realized the website has been changed and required to register a new account. How would I see my order of Shin Akuma bust on the new account that I created? Also how come the delays after delays on the bust? It's my first time buying from popcultureshock. Thanks.

I'm having issues with paypal. I have some statues on preorder. Is there a way you can accept a moneypac for final payment or could u process a credit card payment?

If you are having problems with Paypal the office can process a credit card. You will need to email customerservice@pcstoy.com and they will walk you through it
