The Evil Within

Anyone else psyched about this game? After years of horrible Resident Evil games Shinji Mikami returns to deliver a true survival horror experience. If the polish he put on Vanquish and the atmosphere he created in Resident Evil 4 are any indication of how this game will be, we are in for a real treat.

Yes, I have been ready for this since the first trailer. I never got to try Vanquish out so I will likely give it a shot now that I have time.

looks promising so far but time will tell.

I'm not sure if I'll every play it anyway as I'm a wimp when it comes to horror games. I can watch horror movies all day, but when it comes to my own actions controlling an onscreen character, I can't do it and freak myself out

Release date changed from 12-14 to 8-29-14. A few months less to wait.

HOLY S***! Is there even a need for Silent Hill and Resident Evil anymore?

After the last Resident Evil...I'd have to say no.
Couldn't even get into it...Silent Hill...same thing.

that video reminded me a lot of Eternal Darkness on the gamecube, if you never played it the game had this cool "sanity' meter where the more afraid your character got the weirder stuff would become, it ranged from little things like monsters jumping out to actual stuff to mess with the player like your tv "muting" itself or my personal favorite a memory card error saying all your data was erased

Wow, this game looks great! And I also agree, Eternal Darkness was awesome!
