Weaknesses
High Order Magic: Although Black Adams abilities give him a resistance to most magic, magic of a High Order does have the ability to harm him. It would take a being however of extreme proficiency in magic however in order to harm Black Adam such as the Spectre.
Lightning: As we have seen in the case of Billy Batson as well lightning has the ability to transform Black Adam back into his mortal form "Teth-Adam".
Arrogance: Black Adam has often displayed himself to be arrogant at times that causes him to even be distracted. This can be shown in the WW3 when Billy Batson was given the chance to change Black Adam back into his mortal form and then change the magic word so that Teth-Adam could not access the powers of the Egyptian Gods. (He later regained the ability to transform into Black Adam after visiting Fawcett City and discovering the word that Billy Batson had used to strip B.A of his powers which was "Chocolate Egg Cream". |
Batman is a normal human and Adam has faught The Spectre Bruce can box all day long he's not hurting Adam.
Superman even has a hard time fighting Adam.

what you fail to understand, is batman has ALREADY created a plan to take black Adam. However...since we are not Batman we don't know it....therefore its not a question of how could Batman defeat Black Adam...its how will Batman defeat Black Adam

Planning & completion of said plan are two different things. BA would overwhelm Bats before the first stage of any plan went into effect. Bats literally has zero chance at winning this one.

Agreed.
With the powers that Superman, Black Adam or The Flash have, how can anyone beat them? With the speed they posses, by the time you knew they were making a move against you, it would be too late to stop it.
