OH. not good then. Thanks for mentioning that Danno. Was thinking of covering w/Gamblin PVA or Galkid but an acrylic base first might be best then.

I have not yet found a good acrylic or water based
primer. I would recommend using a "Hot" flash type
like a Lacquer primer (I think nearly every sculptor
uses a lacquer primer on their sculptures)...
and possibly spraying a primer sealer if using Oil
or Enamel over that.

K thanks. will look into it. Was refered to a local hobby store to look for metallic like paint & bought four tamiyas.
Just got back from the hobby store got the primer. In the future, trying the enamels should be fun.
