Painting DVD / Video

Hi all, I want to get into painting resin kit / sculptures. Can anyone recommend good dvd / video out that can can help a beginner like me?

I am hoping there would be explanations on tools, paints, techniques, shadings, and such.

Check out David Fisher's Model Mania DVD set. Pretty informative and smooth presentation. Here's a link. I've seen used sets on Ebay and might even be a member or two here who no longer feel in need of their's any longer if you place/check ad in wanted section.

I picked up the first series the other day and watched it in one sitting. Pretty good stuff.

At my rate I may not need the second DVD anytime soon.

I was a zero with no painting skills what so ever, the modelmania DVD series and Alex Castro's book the art of painting miniatures seriously kicked up my skill levels, I highly recommend getting them.

The Alex Castro book might not be published anymore, seen it on Amazon and some other sites they are asking a ridiculous price for theirs, but if you see one for cover price get it.
