Is the unpainted one on the 1st photo supposed to be an improved version?

After releasing the Queen Studios 1:3 The Dark Knight Christian Bale Batman statue, we received a lot of support and feedback from fans.
We passed on the feedback to our artists, and they have made the following improvements based on the feedback.
1. Utility Belt Position: We have moved Batman’s Utility belt higher up around the waist. This elongates the legs giving a taller appearance which is more movie accurate.
2. Increase Muscle Mass. Many collectors commented on the previous version, stating Batman was too thin. Based on this feedback, we compared the sample and 3D images to the real character, and decided that adding more muscle mass would improve the statue. The changes are very subtle, but Batman’s chest and shoulders are thicker.
3. Improve likeness. We've made some changes to Bale’s overall facial structure to improve the likeness. We’ve adjusted the eyes, lips and a few other minor details to make him instantly recognisable.
As always, we'd love to hear your thoughts on the changes! Let us know in the comments.

Looks great. Holding out for Batman Begins or Batman Returns though.

Nice job, Queen. The changes suggested (and your follow through) have definitely made this a better statue.

Thanks for sharing these pics guys.
To be honest, I'm a bit disappointed about them though.
I actually prefered the slightly slender look of Batman. Even if it's not movie accurate.
Also the coloration: I know these are factory pics, lighting isn't professional or anything, but he looks almost plain black compared to the marketing pics, where he had a shimmer of brown/bronze. (I thought that's a nice touch)
And the belt, I seriously hope that's not the final color. I don't think Batman wants to be seen running around in the dark with a bright golden belt like "look guys, I'm over here". It needs a big tone-down to be movie accurate, if that's what Queen Studios is aiming for.
So much for what I don't like. Positioning the belt a bit higher and improving the face were really great changes. (Christian Bale head looks insane)
Anyway, I will wait for better pics in order to make my final decision if I'll keep my PO or cancel him.
No matter what I will decide on, it's still an incredible statue!

I really like it. And once I have mine, I’ll be selling off the P1 version, which has basically become a space keeper till I get this one.
