Borrow money from a pessimist, they don't expect it back.

Where do you paint your kits?

Do you have a studio or extra room you paint in?

I paint in the garage, and due to the 95°F+ days we've had, well, let's say its been a while since I painted anything.

If you paint in your house or studio do you have a problem with over spray or fumes from the enamel paints?

I paint in my apartment, but made a booth for painting. I should have a vaccum filter thing, but i use mostly acrylic paints and stay away from enamels. I dont over spray with airbrushing, but when i do i have to set aside a weekend of cleaning upthe dust it creates.

Anything like priming, testors clear coats or big pieces with lots of color (example bowen hulk) i will use my parents garage on weekends.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

I have a section in our garage that I use and open the garage door at least a few inches most of the time. I also use a standing fan to push the fumes away from the rest of the garage. To further stop overspray & stuff I also section of the area with painters plastic that runs from the ceiling to the floor.

I have a room dedicated to sculpting and painting. Too hot to do much of anything in the garage but casting and fabricating some parts (I also do sanding out there).

When I am spraying a lot I wear a dust mask and also have a box fan going. I have the fan fitted with an air conditioner filter to help take the particles of paint out of the air and it works pretty well.
