Less than one hour before the live begins (if I'm not wrong with the time zones and the recent passage to summer time in my country), I'm so excited, I can't wait to finally see the final product... Will I be totally disappointed or will it be an instant pre-order ? It really can go either way at this moment.

They will have to convince me not only with her being beautiful like a "normal statue", but also with her being capable of holding its flying pose for decades to come....
Good luck with that Sideshow... and mainly to you Mr. Harbottle, as it will be you on the stage of the live with Susan, it will be a hard task believe me !
At worst, if it goes wrong, a few cats video, dozen/hundreds of cats videos after the show and you should feel way better ! And no, I'm not a psychiatrist but I'm sure it can totally work

With the news about how much of this is metal, I will likely be ordering this once I get a discount.

I mean....I guess it looks solid? I'm not sure people are going to ever be 100% reassured regardless because of the nature of the design. It looks solid and I imagine nothing will ever happen to the overwhelming majority of people who buy one but there's no way to guarantee they'll all be perfect forever. I imagine most people will sell it before any issue ever happens anyway. Just the way it goes.

Well what do you know. I said right in the very beginning that this was the ONLY way to do this. All I kept hearing was "all you need is a strong rod through the arm." No way the shallow amount of material around the rod at the skinny wrist would have held up. It would have cracked and splintered. So happy they went this route.
