I dont blame the photographer... but like I said a statue in real is something different then in picture and I can undestand if you or anybody else dont like a statue... but too often a statue is wished to hell cause the rating of a photo and not of an in hand rating.

Like I said... buy what you like... dont buy you dont like.
Judging by photos can be a fail. Dont judge too fast. Thats all

EX head reminds me of a vase you put flowers in. That harline is awful. This is the worst Black Widow PF imo.

Yeah, the idea for the EX head is fine, but the execution is horrible. Besides the hairline the blank doped up stare is awful. I get what they were going for, a stoic looking out at the sunset kinda thing. They needed to spend another hour or so with it

This is still a huge ex or fail if we are talking about the new widow. The scarjo regular head is just a movie statue. Comic fans definitely will want the comic ex head. If the ex wasn’t a coh. It would be a huge pass for me. Now I love it! Didn’t po but will get her down the road. Great looking statue now with the ex head. Reg Head will be probably put into my fish tank since I will never ever use it.

Sideshow just uploaded a production pic on their IG for this and Captain America. The pic is terribly small though. I assume they'll be updating the album soon.

Based on that image alone, the Black Widow portrait looks shiny compared to the prototype matte portrait. The face looks longer also?

I'll wait until more images surface

I'm still considering getting this piece. There are many Sideshow piece's i'm considering. I'm easing off pre_ordering anything at the moment

The issues with shiney paint and longer faces has been ongoing for a long time. I don’t know why they paint everything so glossy. The only reason I can think of is they use it for durability and/or it’s cheaper. The other issue with the long faces is a problem with casting and that’s something they really need to figure out. It seems to be especially noticeable with female portraits. Both Aspen and the little mermaid are a couple recent releases that both suffered from it.
