I was told from PCS all credits and any returns to PCS will have to be refunded to my paypal account. I asked when that refund would take place and was told "as soon as possible"...
I am now working with SSC as my preorders populated and a few are missing and now that they are not shipping AP's I have several duplicates...............
But I do have to say SSC customer service has been OUTSTANDING with their communication. I may not like what I am being told but it is nice to at least be able to speak to someone!
